This Privacy Policy explains how RTD CREATIVES ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the PurityX mobile application ("the App"). PurityX is a tool for jewelers to test the purity of gold and silver. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the App and your account:

Account & profile information that you provide when you register:

Email address
Name and firm/shop name
Mobile number
State and city
A dealer code, if you enter one during sign-up

Device information used to secure your account:

A device identifier (Android device ID) used to bind your account to an approved device and prevent unauthorized access

Usage data you create in the App:

Your saved reference densities
Your calculation history — the weights you enter, the reference density used, and the results (these are saved so you can review past tests)

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or any data unrelated to the functions described above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising in the App.

2. How we use your information

To create and manage your account and sign you in
To perform purity calculations and save your test history for your own reference
To secure access through device approval (one approved device per account)
To operate the dealer feature — linking customers to their dealer, and letting dealers approve their own customers' devices
To provide support, including showing the relevant support contact within the App

3. How your information is stored

PurityX uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions) to store data and run secure server-side processing. Your information is stored on Google's secure cloud infrastructure. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Firebase Privacy and Security terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only in these limited cases:

With your dealer: if you register under a dealer code, that dealer can see your account details (such as name, firm, contact number, and device status) in order to manage your access.
With our service provider: Google Firebase, as our hosting and backend provider.
When required by law: if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect rights and safety.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and associated data for as long as your account remains active. If you would like your account and data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain information by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can edit much of your profile directly within the App, or contact us for any other request.

7. Children's privacy

PurityX is a professional tool intended for business use by jewelers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including device-binding and server-side access controls, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
